Nestled in a dynamic neighborhood, our loft allows you to be surrounded by television studios such as Sky and RAI, major corporate headquarters including Gucci, and the renowned Fabrique nightclub.

The area in which the property is located was the subject of a ‘redevelopment of the area where the former Caproni Aeronautical Workshops stood. This project is characterized by large red brick buildings, typical of industrial redevelopment, large ogival-shaped windows, and imposing wooden truss roofs.

Spacious, well-renovated accommodation provides useful accommodations for those arriving from Linate airport. The center is easily reached in twenty minutes by streetcar 27, which terminates at Piazza Fontana. Close enough as many as three supermarkets. Helpful and attentive host. All very well

Really nice and cozy apartment, very close to Fabrique is great for people like me who had to go to a concert. Davide is a very nice host, and most importantly he followed us very well with the check in and gave us very good descriptions when we arrived. This apartment is super recommended.

Tastefully furnished apartment, very clean, very clean sheets, very clean bathroom. the photos matched in everything. Quiet and well-served area, convenient to reach by transportation but also cab, you spend very little. All-new furnishings, equipped with all comforts.
