The area in which the property is located was the subject of a ‘redevelopment of the area where the former Caproni Aeronautical Workshops stood.
This project is characterized by large red brick buildings, typical of industrial redevelopment, large ogival-shaped windows, and imposing wooden truss roofs.
The area is also well known because large companies such as Sky, Gucci as well as a RAI production center are based there.

FROM MILAN CENTRAL
Walk to the STAZIONE CENTRALE streetcar stop on Via Tonale and take streetcar No. 9 PORTA GENOVA FS M2 and get off after 11 stops at P.za Cinque Giornate. From there, take streetcar No. 27 VIALE UNGHERIA and get off after 13 stops at Via Mecenate Via Fantoli.
FROM MILAN PORTA GARIBALDI
Take the S5 (Treviglio) train from the loop and travel for 5 stops to MILANO FORLANINI. From here, reach the REPETTI M4 streetcar stop and take streetcar 27 V.LE UNGHERIA, travel 4 stops to Via Mecenate Via Fantoli.
FROM MILAN CADORNA
From Milano Cadorna take the subway Line 1 (Red) towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS and get off after 4 stops at San Babila. From here walk to Largo Augusto to take Line 27 for 18 stops and get off at “Via Mecenate / Via Fantoli.”
FROM MILAN LINATE AIRPORT
Walk to the M4 LINATE AEROPORTO metro stop and take the metro towards DATEO. Get off at REPETTI stop, after which walk to REPETTI M4 subway station and take streetcar No. 27 VIALE UNGHERIA and get off after 4 stops at Via Mecenate Via Fantoli.

Get off at the station below the airport and take the MALPENSA EXPRESS to Milan CADORNA station.
